The approach

I've served. I've moved. I understand.

A military move is more than a transaction. It's a family operation.

Orders arrive. Report dates move closer. School, work, pets, financing, inspections, and a home search all compete for attention. Alfred brings personal military experience and specialized relocation training to help you make the next decision with clarity.

“My goal is simple: make your next move less stressful by working with someone who understands the military lifestyle because I've lived it.”— Chuck (Alfred) Anderson

The question

What happens to your house when orders come again?

The three-year lens

Think about the exit before you choose the address.

For active-duty families, the right home needs to work now—and still make sense when the next PCS arrives. Alfred's planning lens keeps the future in the conversation from day one.

02 / Veterans & retirees

Choose a place that can feel like home for years.

Long-term fit comes first: access to care and military resources, manageable homes, community, quality of life, and a decision that respects your financial future.

Veteran chapters

Life after service

A home should support the life you are building now.

Veterans and military retirees bring different priorities to the next move—from long-term comfort and accessibility to family connection and a community that feels grounded.

Meet Alfred

Chuck Alfred Anderson, licensed Florida real estate salesperson
Chuck (Alfred) Anderson Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army (Ret.)

Experience you don't have to explain

The uniform came first. Service still leads.

After more than 32 years in the United States Army, Lieutenant Colonel Anderson retired in September 2026. His career included engineer leadership, overseas deployments, teaching Military Science, advisory work at the Pentagon and NATO Headquarters in Kabul, and nuclear/CWMD planning at CENTCOM.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Emory & Henry College, an MBA from East Tennessee State University, and a master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Today, he combines that experience with real estate training and a Military Relocation Professional certification to help military families move with more confidence.

Questions worth asking

Before orders become a deadline

Clarity begins with the right conversation.

Should we buy if we'll only be here for two or three years?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. The conversation should include likely ownership length, transaction costs, market conditions, possible equity, rent-versus-sell options, and your family's tolerance for risk.

Can you help if we're buying from out of state?

Remote buying can be organized around video walkthroughs, detailed property context, inspection coordination, and clear communication. The goal is to help you understand not only the home, but also the commute and surrounding community.

Do you understand VA financing?

Alfred has used the VA home loan benefit personally and holds the MRP certification. Financing advice and final loan terms should come from a qualified lender; your real estate plan can still account for VA appraisal, property-condition, and timing considerations.

What if our orders or report date change?

Military plans can shift. A useful strategy keeps decision points visible, avoids unnecessary pressure, and adapts the search or timeline as confirmed information changes.
